What Sets Our Tile Installation Apart
Equipment for Large Format — Not Every Crew Has It
Large format tile (24×48 and up) requires vacuum lifters, precision leveling systems, and extended rail cutters. Most flooring crews in Sarasota and Bradenton don’t carry this equipment — which means they either avoid large format jobs or install them without the right tools, leading to lippage, hollow spots, and cracking. We’re fully equipped and do this work regularly.
Substrate Prep Is Where Tile Jobs Fail
A tile installation is only as good as what’s underneath it. We assess and prep the substrate before any tile goes down — leveling, waterproofing, and correct underlayment selection. Skipping or rushing this step is the single biggest cause of tile failure. We don’t skip it.
Laser Layout Before the First Tile Is Set
We use laser levels to plan every tile layout before installation begins. Starting point, pattern alignment, cut planning at walls and transitions — all mapped before the first tile is set. This is the difference between a floor that looks intentional and one that looks rushed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you install large format tile (24×48 or larger)?
Yes. Large format tile is one of our specialties. We carry vacuum lifters, precision leveling systems, and extended rail cutters — the equipment most crews don’t have. Proper equipment is non-negotiable for large format installations that lay flat, stay bonded, and look right.
Do you handle substrate preparation?
Always. We assess and prep the substrate before any tile goes down. This includes leveling, cement board or Ditra installation, and waterproofing for wet areas. Substrate prep is the most critical step — skipping it is the number one cause of tile failure.
How long does tile installation take?
A standard bathroom floor or shower takes 2–3 days. A full bathroom remodel with demo, substrate, and tile typically takes 5–7 days. Whole-house tile projects run 5–10 days depending on square footage and pattern complexity. We give you a realistic timeline during the walkthrough.
Do you supply the tile or do I buy it?
Both options work. Many clients source from local showrooms or designer selections and we install. We can also source tile through our supplier network. If you supply the tile, we advise on quantities and overage during the walkthrough so you don’t run short.
Do you work with natural stone like marble and travertine?
Yes. Natural stone requires specific adhesives, grout selection, and sealing — we handle all of it correctly. We install marble, travertine, quartzite, slate, and other natural stone for floors, walls, and wet areas across Sarasota and Bradenton.
